Well after several months of meetings, planning, debating, discussions, shopping and excitement, the night finally arrived for Danika’s Rainbow Hens Party!!!

Danika had asked for it to be held on the Easter long weekend, which also was to be her 25th Birthday, so it gave us the perfect opportunity to party hard and have sufficient recovery time!
The day started off with me taking Danika to a pump class at the gym to get us “pumped” up for the day ahead (lame I know hehe), then it was time for me to heap the other girls set up and decorate the house with as much rainbow as possible which ended up looking awesome!
After abit of running around to say bye to family who had visited and grabbing some lunch, I had a chill for an hour before heading off to Danika’s to watch her have her makeup trail for her wedding which was done beautifully!
We all got ready together and soon it was time to head off to phase 1 of the night: 1 hour pole dancing class with topless waiter and drinks. There were 10 girls all up who decided to do the pole class and it was such a great time! Tracey our instructor was so energetic and enthusiastic that she had us all smiling and laughing throughout! She taught us a small pole routine which started out quite basic and ended some pole moves that even Danika hadn’t done before (she does pole classes) which we quite challenging but we all managed to master it, well as best as we could haha.

With an hour between the class and Phase 2: Party time, it was all stations go as I ushered everyone out so we could get to the house in time before guests started arriving! A quick rush around to get ready and it was time to get the party started!
The punch was made, the guests arrived and the music was pumping! We played a couple of games such as the toilet paper dress, musical statues, dare cards and more, and had a lovely police man come round and give Danika a bit of a strip show! The photos follow:

It was such a fun night, and despite afew hiccups (stripper was an hour late and we ran out of alcohol quite early… oops!) it all mostly went to plan and we finished up with a shimmy in town! Danika had a great night and I think it was a great send off for her “miss” days in true Danika style!
Which now leaves 2 weeks until the Big Day!!!!!
Next weekend involves rehearsals & afternoon tea
and the the next week is prettying and preping for saturday afternoon!
Its going to be the party of the year!!!!!
