I am currently in Nice, France, just 30kms from the Italian border, on the 3rd last day of a 5.5 week holiday around Europe! And no words can describe what an amazing experience this trip has been.
Travelling with friends, alone and with family, i have loved every minute of this adventure and I am not ready for it to end! I do not want to leave.
I feel at home here. My home away from home is the world.... and man is it calling me!
I have been so many places in the last few weeks and each one has had a different story and a different experience! The people I've met, the sites I've seen, the food I've tasted, everything has opened my eyes to this whole new world outside australia waiting for me to explore it!
In my time away I have been to 10 countries (well nine until tomorrow) and visited as much as i could in the time I had as follows:
Greece: Athens, Mykonos, Patmos, Crete, Santorini
Turkey: Kusadusi
Italy: Rome, Napoli, Sorrento, Pompeii, Positano, Venice, Florence
London: Stonehenge, Windsor Castle, Oxford, Central London
The Netherlands: Amsterdam
Germany: St Goar, Munich
Austria: Tyrol, Hopfgarden
Switzerland: Lucerne
France: Paris, Nice
Monaco
Vatican City
So full on, and a quick taste of europe!
I know where I want to visit again :)
And I know I will get there very soon!
